FAQ & REGULATIONS (EVENT PROMO)

Estimate of delivery date will be decided on site and provided to you ahead of time. 

All Files will be shared via Dropbox link, that downloads your video into a MP4 file. All files are accessible via link for 30 days and will be archived.  Please be sure to download and backup a copy for your self.

LianFilms is not responsible for lost files once final product is delivered. Be aware of the 30 day window.

PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE DELIVERY OF FINAL PRODUCT.
